48 year old Pears
This is a bar of Pears soap that was given to my Great Aunty Mary. She received it as a Christmas gift from the church in 1960. In the 70's she moved to Australia and in the late 80's she sent it to me. It has a Merry Christmas 1960 wish written on the bottom. It is usually wrapped in cling film, the same film that it came back to England in. My Great Aunt passed away a few years back and i think of her whenever i go in my bottom drawer and see the 48yr old bar of soap.
