Macrolepiota procera, I'd guess. A lovely subject to sit for your shot, and a wondefully fresh take on it. The grass gives the semblance of field work, but the fact that the cap is lying on its side suggests disturbance. Nice texture work: broken scales against the smooth grass, and a simple palette.
