"It's my first time on a plane," he began when the plane vibrated after being cleared for takeoff. He grabbed on to his seat, leaned forward, and closed his eyes in fear as he continued: "I am a driver and my boss sent me to the capital to bring his car back,". This is the story of Franklin Zevallos, a stranger who told me about his fears on a short flight to Quito.
The plane shook as it climbed to 22000 feet, in the meantime a nervous grin and a total uneasiness are captured here. Shortly after Franklin could only enjoy the view and relax.
