Lao Beijing Zha Jiang Mien Dah Wang is one of the best noodle joints in Beijing. It's well worth visiting there just for its famous Zha Jiang Mien, as well as other very affordable dishes.
By the way, the Chinese character on the red flag means "Luck or Happiness."
