I had this idea in my mind for a while now. Finally got a chance to try it today. It didn't come out quite how I has hoping but I'm pleased with the results and it is pretty close to the image that was stuck in my head.

20 second exposure in daylight with a 10 stop neutral density filter. Kudos to my model for holding this still for that long in the freezing water.
