Laying on the tracks outside the "Last Chance Saloon" (pun intended) in Wayne, Alberta,Canada to get this shot.

I remember as a kid growing up in South Australia, my brother and I laying down with our ears on the tracks (one of us on each side) and listening for trains coming...it's lucky weve still got heads attached to our shoulders. This shot reminded me of those days.

I really dig the sky reflecting on the rail.

Mal, this is highly creative, very fascinating and most colorful! It cements a love for nature with many people's wish for the "lure of the rail"! Expertly accomplished... and the text is a definite plus!!

I dig the reflection, too! The clarity of the textures is also impressive.
