Why I'm Entering this Shot into the "FAITH" Category.
I'm a Muslim, but to me, "Faith" is not really a symbol that represents my religion, such as a mosque, or Arabic characters, or something that you typically see and associate with Islam.
For me, "FAITH" is most meaningful when I thank, or ask God (Allah), for what has been given, or what I need help with.
As in this shot: With my Photography, I always first, before hitting the shutter button, somewhere in my mind, or in words, I ask God to help me get the shot, to make it successful, to capture the vision I see in my minds-eye.
This was a tough photograph to make, and maybe it won't float everyones' boat, but personally, it was a very gratifying image to make.
I used my Canon Powershot A620, its built-in flash (not very powerful to say the least, but sufficient), a good tripod, my car, a 10 litre bucket of water times about 15 tries (sorry for wasting so much water - Ooopssss), and some serious concentration and timing to help me get a decent capture at 1/200th of a second.
I think I did OK. I asked God for some HELP, and it worked pretty good.
To me, that is what "FAITH" means - It is something much bigger than myself, it is something I can count on but can't see, it is a thing that I put a deep trust in and something that I believe. That's "Faith."

Technical Details:
I took this shot late afternoon, and the sun was already quite a bit tropical-warm toned, but I bumped up the saturation a bit and shot in "vivid mode."
It was a 1/200th second shutter speed at f/5.0. The camera flash was fired (rear curtain I believe).
This shot took a lot of timing and luck...and lots of buckets of water.
2-second timer was set, and as the shutter was about to go, I slung the bucket of water out onto the car, hopefully at the right time to get some blurred and some stop action motion.
