"Tying the Knot"

The title references 2 celebrated occasions, one a wedding. Remember how proud you were to tie your shoes for the very first time? You probably did it with just 2 hands, but I'm no less proud of Jacoby for using 3. He untied his knot even more quickly, so I unfortunately did not capture it for you after he'd tied it. ;~)

An energy-charged and fleet-footed Jacoby, 5 weeks, 1 lb./ 7 oz., tries his hand at knot tying. Next up in the tiny showman's surprise act-- a pounce on the camera. His PAWtrait is below: "Catch Me if You Can"

My new "grandson", rescued from the streets of Hartford, CT.

The "glass half empty" BAD NEWS: He and a litter mate were being tossed like baseballs by thugs.

The "glass half full" GOOD NEWS: He was rescued because of that by an eyewitness; and, as my son-in-law says of Jacoby's adoption: "He won the kitty lottery!" Even after just a few days, he's one happy "dude"!

How anyone could ever hurt an animal that is so helpless is beyond me - - Jacoby is so adoreable!!!! Great photo too...nice moment

I love how the kitty is bracing his hind foot against the shoe lace holding it down...We had a puppy who did that once to a Jehovah Witness elderly gentleman who knocked on our door:0) He was wearing tennis shoes and he was not aware the dog was untying his laces! Needless to say I was embarrassed but at the same time I could hardly stop from laughing! The puppy has
since gone on to dog heaven years ago...but it left us
    with many endearing memories.

You are at least doubly blessed. You have many photo opportunities like this sweet shot ahead of you. And 'rescue' animals always know and the bond is always stronger. Props for the shot and more props for the rescue.
