Bethany and Ike

Shot this afternoon while still getting wind from Hurricane Ike. We were about a 100 miles south from landfall and only got a heavy breeze. A very hot breeze. Temp was right at 100 degrees this afternoon.

    We know Ike!!! It hit us, fortunately we sustained very little damages yet a neighbor had the roof lifted off of their home! This is a great photo with a cute model : )

    Being from North Florida, I've seen some pretty awesome Hurricane cloud patterns...wasn't taking pics then. This is my fave "Bethany" shot. Glad to see I'm not the only one that takes a jillion pics of my kid's, lol.

    Love the contrast and color. You definitely get the sense of gloom in the sky. I like that contrast.
