While exploring the basement of an abandoned hospital, we stumbled over this, which at first scared the crap out of us - I got home and put my pictures on the computer, and was startled to find that there were even teeth inside her mouth! This is not the kind of thing you want to find in an abandoned building...! A little research found that this very detailed head once belonged to a "Resusci-Annie" doll, which were used for teaching mouth-to-mouth to hospital staff - the teeth had been added for more realism...
