Taco Cheese Burger
Submitted to Photo Challenge: Hamburgers
West meets East and goes West again. Tacos became popular in Okinawa Japan during the Vietnam War. The Okinawan's adapted it by replacing the corn tortilla shells with a bed of rice and named it Taco Rice. Then they westernized that even more by replacing the rice with a huge bun and dubbed it the "Taco Cheese Burger!"
