There is a wall on a street corner which is layered on with plaster and in that there are a quite decent number of mugs embedded.
The whole thing was supposed to be a sort of publicity stunt for the shop next to it, which sells custom mugs, t-shirts and so on.
However, as most projects, the whole thing was only half-thought and the mugs exhibited were simply unrelated and most weren't interesting enough to stop and look at.
Also, the white surface of the wall inspired kids to scribble on it, turning a potentially interesting stunt into an obscene wall of tags and chipped mugs.
