Kirsten Alana

has been a member since Jan 2007 and goes by vtkir.

I grew up in Vermont and having been surrounded by that much natural beauty to this day still makes me partial to photographs of nature. Ansel Adams is my favorite for that. When it comes to portraits I am drawn to the work of Annie Leibovitz. Those two might be cliché choices - but they're true. My full time "job" is wedding photography but my true passion is freelance travel photography. I love passionately and every day I find myself wishing I was in Paris.
