Earthquakes and floods, and nobody is driving in the streets. I can park in front of my favorite restaurant. Money dwindles. But my own plans for cash are resolute: I will tear down the city of St. Louis and replace it with a jungle, and throw a party in the Arctic Circle or the Amazon to celebrate with frogs or polar bears and send a solar-powered sleigh to pick up every lovely contact I've made here during the past year.
