has been a member since Apr 2008 and goes by rayjay.

I've been shooting off and on for over 30 years but, until getting involved with this site in 2008, it was mostly just family and vacation snapshots. With inspiration from this site, I have now had work published in the 2008 and 2009 editions of Capture El Paso, an annual photography project culminating in the publication of a book with photos from the El Paso metropolitan area.

Since July 2008, I've been shooting primarily with a Canon XSi. For the two years prior to that, I did most of my work with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50.
