I am a recent convert to digital photography. Back in the day I was an old-school 35mm black and white photographer trained by Mike Edelson at StonyBrook University. My preferences were and still are street shooting, landscapes, portraits and anything funky that catches my eye.

I am a computer geek (Perl developer) by day - the rest of my time is increasingly occupied by a Canon 40D and Aperture on a MacBook.
