I am a former photojournalist (part time) and have made the switch to portraits and weddings -- interesting stuff, not the lame old stand there while I take this picture. I think combining photojournalism style with portrait style is the best way to achieve original creative pictures that do more than just show a pretty face -- they tell a story.
