I am an archaeologist, who likes looking at Upper Palaeolithic art--any ancient art, really, but mostly those crazy paintings from Ice Age Europe. I like going to far-flung places that no one else bothers to visit and then playing in the dirt when I get there. Most recently, I visited the Philippines.

I enjoy photography, and people tell me I'm good at it. Hooray! I'm also interested in archaeological applications of photography, and visual anthropology.
