I am an artist-photographer and a teacher of photography and digital media at Drexel University in Philadelphia. I am interested in how photographs convey meaning, and how photography can be expanded through contextualizations (multiple image, text+image, sequence, etc.). I received my BA in Art from Brooklyn College in 1974 and my MFA in Visual Art from UCSD in 1977. My first book, "Castle of Eufemio" (about a Sicilian town festival) is being published in June, 2007.
