I currently live in a tiny town on the border of Washington state and British Columbia. Opting to "be the change I want to see in the world", I gave away my van and travel using my bike, the bus, or the occasional ride from a friend. My camera, a Canon PowerShot A590, is always with me. Though not the most elaborate piece of equipment, I truly believe that a key part of taking good photos is the ability to be in the moment; one must be awake and aware to see that a photo op is at hand.
