I'm a PhD student in St Andrews, Scotland, and I've been attached to my camera (in all its incarnations) since I first inherited my mother's cast off aged seven for my first holiday in South Africa.

Ever since then, really, my main photo-love has been travel photography, using the camera as a sort-of third eye to see the places I'm visiting a bit differently if possible. But, since (like many people) I'm largely stuck in one place, I'm trying to get better at seeing the things around me differe
