My first foray into photography was an act of avoidance. My 7th grade art teacher saw through the charade but indulged my fascination to view the world & then watch it reappear later, alone in some dark space. Photography has led me not only across the country, but around the world. My photographs have been shown in individual & group shows in 3 states. Currently, my focus is split between documenting the decline of my hometown, and images of a single woman's journey away from my roots.
