Ink Tea
There is something hungry and greedy about photography, a different sort of hunger or greed than the hunger for food or greed for wealth. To me, all this hunger and greed springs from a desire to capture time, to keep time, to keep one's vision of the world forever. I want to keep my vision of the world, the way the light casts itself upon places, the way someone looks at another person, the way I look at myself.
